Join our healthcare team!  We are now hiring Part-time Receptionists for our busy walk-in clinic locations in Barrie.

Responsibilities include: Greet and register patients, obtain and process information, answer, screen and forward telephone calls, record and relay information, receive and issue payments, perform clerical duties.   You will be required to provide services assisting physicians as needed, taking basic patient vitals including urine dips and strep testing.

Essential Skills: Communication, Ability to work with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning, and organizing. Computer use, Continuous learning, College/Medical Office Administration diploma an asset, Accuro EMR knowledge an asset.

Candidate must be flexible and available to work all shifts – mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays. Criminal Record Check required. Own vehicle an asset as candidate will be asked to work at all 4 clinic locations in Barrie.  Variable hours.  Nights/days/weekends. Wages to commensurate with experience.
