Hello, I am a Family Physician working as part of the Barrie and Community Family Medicine Clinics (also known as the Barrie FHO).
Barrie & Community Family Medicine Clinics’ physicians are members of the Barrie and Community Family Health Team which provides enrolled patients with additional services using Allied Health Professionals, such as clinical pharmacists, diabetic educators, dieticians, mental health counsellors and many others.
