MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST:
Part-time, casual/relief for busy walk-in clinic locations in Barrie.
Variable hours.
Starting at $14.00 per hour.
Responsibilities Include:
Greet and register patients
Obtain and process information required to provide services
Assisting physicians as needed
Answer, screen and forward telephone calls
Record and relay information
Receive and issue payments
Perform clerical duties

College/Medical Office Administration diploma an asset
Accuro EMR knowledge an asset

PHYSICIAN OPPORTUNITIES:
We are seeking contract Physicians to work in our 4 high demand walk-in clinics in Barrie. Operated by the Barrie Family Health Organization Physicians (BFHO), the Barrie & Community Family Medicine Clinics (BCFMC) provides after-hours and daytime coverage to FHO Enrolled, Non Enrolled and Orphan patients in the Barrie and surrounding areas.
The Barrie FHO is one of the largest in the province with 87 Local Family Physicians caring for approximately 140,000 enrolled patients. We also support 29 Contract Physicians who are providing care to our community in a variety of capacities including Family Physician Locums and Walk-in Clinic care.
Our Barrie FHO Family Physicians are partnered with the Barrie Community Family Health Team (barriefht.ca) and jointly represent Canada’s largest integrated network on one electronic medical record system. Our EMR is operational in all of our walk-in clinics
enabling a circle of care for our 140,000 Barrie FHO Physician
patients second to none.
This is an ideal opportunity for retired physicians who just need to
